The 30 known species are redescribed or described as new and placed in one of three subgenera: T. (Triaenodes) MacLachan with three species; T. (Ylodes) Milne with four species; and T. (Triaenodella) with 23 species, assigned to 7 species groups. Keys to subgenera and to males and known females are presented. Supporting text and descriptions include 40 figures containing 221 illustrations, 19 geographic distribution maps of examined material, and a comprehensive list of U.S. county and Canadian province locations, representing the distribution of the more than 7,500 male and female specimens studied.
