Specimen Handling Cage

BioQuip’s unique collapsible cage was designed for handling live insects in a controlled environment. Its many uses include:

Specimens or containers are placed inside the cage through a front door opening. The cage is accessed through two elastic-banded sleeves on the front of the cage, allowing the user to work inside the cage with both hands.

The aluminum frame cage is 24 x 24 x 24″ (61cm), screened with high-visibility, white nylon no-see-um mesh. The front of the cage has a clear vinyl observation window in the upper half, and two no-see-um mesh size access sleeves. The front opening is hinged on the left side and secured with two draw latches.
