Beating Net

This beating net features the same design used in BioQuip’s heavy-duty sweep nets. The V-shaped bag allows the user to retrieve collected specimens easily. It is 15″ (38cm) in diameter and 9″ (23cm) deep, fabricated from sailcloth with Dacron sailtape banding. The net bag is available separately for those already using a #7625HS net. The hardwood handle is 2 feet (61cm) long, and 1″ (2.5cm) in diameter. It may be shortened to suit the user’s preference. An 18″ (46cm) long , 3/4-inch (19mm) diameter hardwood beating stick is provided with the net and is also available separately.
